[Chicken-users] simplify and contracts

Comrades,

Two new eggs are available:

simplify: performs macro-expansion and simplifcation of source code
 (not too sophisticated, but relatively handy at times)

contracts: a first attempt at a design-by-contract construct, as initially
 suggested by John Cowan and later revised by me.

Note: 254 eggs now. 2 to go...
