[Chicken-users] Problem with mailbox egg

Hi,

When executing compiled programs that include (require-extension 
mailbox), I get the following output:

> Error: unbound variable: no-bound-checks
>
> ##sys#require

I'm using 1.66 on OS X. This is reproducible with a source file 
containing only the above require-extension call. The code works fine 
using the interpreter.

Any ideas?
