- removed `extension-path', exposed `extension-info'
- chicken-setup stores full pathname in info file
- renamed `chicken-format-profile' to `chicken-profile'
- `import' also searches repository-path
- chicken-setup: file-extraction from downloaded files was broken (and several
other things)
