- `#!eof' reads as end-of-file object, `#!eof' is also the printed reprsentation
- removed `package'
- scheduler.scm: uses usleep() on Cygwin [Thanks to Feanor]
- now uses texinfo format for documentation [Many thanks to Linh Dang for 
translating the manual]
- moved documentation files into base directory
- extras.scm: fixed bug in `disjoin' [Thanks to Peter Wang]
- library.scm: reader doesn't read `:' as a keyword
