[Chicken-users] PCRE

On special request by Michele Simionato: A regex
library that uses PCRE (Perl Compatible Regular Expressions) can be found 
here:

(Just do the usual `csi -setup pcre')

It works with my (admittedly small) testsuite, if there's any
problem: SCREAM!

In the future, this thing should be used automatically at build-time 
(and/or
with a special `configure' option), when available on the system.
