[Chicken-users] csc's -heap-... options

Hi all.

Is there any difference between the following option sets:

1. -heap-size 768m

2. -heap-growth 0 -heap-initial-size 768m -heap-shrinkage 0

If there is none, one could
a) remove 1.
OR
b) define 1. in terms of 2. (and document as such)

(The same applies to the corresponding -:h...)
