[Cgicc-help] XHTML support

Hi,

I've written a few classes which aid in XHTML output (and in turn XML). I 
thought I'd post them here in case anyone else was interested - it would be 
great if they could be incorporated into cgicc. I'm releasing them under the 
LGPL v2 or later.
