Hi All,

The Message rework update has reached CVS HEAD:

- billard auto test is OK.
- HLA_TestsSuite is OK.
- HLA_Tutorial is OK.

All tests were done on Linux x86 and x86-64

I need testers on Windows boxes but I do not expect platform specific
issue here.

Please update and try your own tests federation on this and report all
regressions.
Note that if we get regression (besides basic portability issues) this means
that we miss more tests in HLA_TestsSuite so I would be grateful to anybody
providing more tests in the suite :-)
