[Ccrtp-devel] Clarification regarding spec file of ZRTP

in revision 480 y0u made some "minor adjustments" to the ZRTP spec file.
One of these adjustments lead to the removal of some "Requires:" in the
System/Libraries group (the runtime library). These two are:

Requires: ccrtp >= 1.5.0
Requires: @PACKAGE_REQ@

Was this done deliberately? IMHO they should be added again.

Because @PACKAGE_REQ@ is missing the autogen.sh reports an error in AC_SUBST
macro because @PACKAGE_REQ@ is never used anymore as variable in the template
files (usually *.in files).
