Hi,
using APP Packets I think it is useful to change the parameters of the the
virtual function in cqueue.h from

onGotAPP(SyncSource& src, RTCPCompoundHandler::APPPacket& pkt, size_t size)
--> 
onGotAPP(SyncSource& src, RTCPPacket& pkt)

Like the parameters of onGotSDES

This will give access to the subtype of the APP packet that is otherwise not
accessible from inside the application
