Yes, the mandatory padding is one of a few pending issues I'll fix
soon. Give one or two days :), I'll fix them by this weekend. In the
meantime, you can comment out the lines of code that fill the padding
bits (the two 'if' sentences in RTPPacket::RTPPacket, file
rtppkt.cpp).
