I wonder how much work would be required into doing this, but this is an
optimal approach to rtp (based off of resiprocate's approach).
Basically create a non-blocking socket and massively handle rtp packets.
If you needed to register with the RTPNonBlockingSession, then you could
simply feed it some information about ip and rtp ports from the sip
packet.  In this case, I wouldn't worry about the bye except to get the
fd out of the list.
