I have a question regarding the Inter Process Communication (IPC) in ccRTP.
What kind of IPC is used between the processes and threads (i.e. semaphores,
pipes etc)? Also, what kind of threads are used? Is it the standard threads
(pthread) created with pthread_create(..)?
