That's a lot.  FWIW, I'd accept a patch porting ccd2cue to that evil
operating system. ;-)

That's a bug that has been corrected in the recently released version
0.4.[1]  Thanks for reporting!  I recommend that you use the new
version.

That's because it's a source archive --- you have to build it to get
the binaries.  The following should suffice:

  sudo apt-get install build-essential
  tar xvf ccd2cue-0.4.tar.gz &&
    cd ccd2cue-0.4 &&
    ./configure && make && sudo make install
