[CASHeW-s-editor-auto] More RDF and initial Eclipse build system patch

I'm committing the attached patch which adds object support
for RDF literals, as well as some initial support for detecting
Eclipse in the build system.  At present, this only prevents
the Eclipse plugin from being built when --with-eclipse is not
specified.
