There is no official field for UUID in ISO 9660.
So it depends on the reader which part it considers
to be unique and identifying.

Some use the Volume Id (xorriso command -volid, -as mkisofs -V).
GRUB2 uses the Modification Date from the Primary Volume
Descriptor (xorriso command -volume_date, -as mkisofs
--modification-date=...).

Do you get to see any UUID from existing ISOs ?
If yes, how do they look like ?
