Hi Thomas,

Hi,
after looking at the wider environment of the usages of
"timezone", i decided to change the behavior of libisofs
wrong to GMT.
The time is converted by localtime_r(3) but currently i cannot
find out the local time zone on Cygwin. So i am unable to
produce a proper ISO 9660 timestamp with local time.
The code already has precautions for mad time zone by using
gmtime_r(3). This might be inconvenient to human readers
but in any case should state the correct point in time.
The situation in xorriso is more complicated:
Output of the affected function is local time.
So without knowledge about the local timezone, the result
will be questionable.
Please test the compilability out-of-the-box of
http://www.gnu.org/software/xorriso/xorriso-1.3.9.tar.gz
The new package works as expected, no compile issue and boot problem
of iso, thanks a lot.
Best Regards,
Gary
