Hello. I'm using a Dell Inspiron 530S.OS running is Linux Ubuntu 11.04. " address@hidden:~$ uname -a Linux Inspiron-530s 2.6.38-8-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Mon Apr 11 03:31:50 UTC 2011 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux " I had trouble installing XBoard.(See below.)The installation did not complete. I followed the installation instructions according to the file INSTALL. " ./configure " appeared to work correctly. After I typed "make" and entered it, that's when the trouble started. "No targets specified and no makefile found". I don't know what is meant by targets.I looked in the directory xboard-4.5.2a and saw two files Makefile.am and Makefile.in . I don't understand this.
