Use timeseal, not timestamp.  Timestamp is only for chessclub.com. I'm
not a USCF member and so I can't test it now that they have closed their
server to nonmembers, but I believe that timeseal used to work with
server.uschesslive.org.  By the way, it is already on WinBoard's startup
menu under one of its alternative names, global.chessparlor.com.
