wget --accept blocking directories bug

Hi,

Instead of rewriting the whole thing I'll just link the overflow question

I'm not sure this is the right place to send the bug too, to be honest, I'm
not even sure this is a bug, but I've been stuck and tried figuring out a
solution for a multiple hours for the span of multiple days, and i would
very much like to get some help.
