Hm,
as written in the README.md:
# Downloading and building from tarball
wget https://gnuwget.gitlab.io/wget2/wget2-latest.tar.gz
tar xf wget2-latest.tar.gz
cd wget2-*
./configure
make
make check
sudo make install
That tarball is updated with every successful CI build of the master branch.
