did you try wget from https://eternallybored.org/misc/wget/ ?

If you create an account for me and send me the credentials via PM, I
could test it from GNU/Linux and from wine emulation.

Otherwise, you possibly can try the command line from Linux, just to see
if it's a WIN32 or a general issue.
