It looks like Perl took an update on Fedora. perl-IO-Socket-SSL got an
update. I'll be re-testing soon.
I filed a bug report at
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1701797, but it was pretty
shitty. I don't know the internals Wget testing and I don't know a
damn thing about Perl, so it was awful. I hope one of the maintainers
recognizes the problem and remembered what they did on Debian/Ubuntu.
