Follow-up Comment #5, bug #55229 (project wget): I do not know how can I test it, debian strech does not have it in the repo. I tried to use the latest one with these commands: wget http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/wget/wget-latest.tar.gz tar -xzf wget-latest.tar.gz cd wget-latest ./configure --prefix=$HOME make && make install but configure commands already dropped an error: configure: error: The pkg-config script could not be found or is too old. Make sure it is in your PATH or set the PKG_CONFIG environment variable to the full path to pkg-config. But maybe I would have run into a dependency hell with it anyway? Is there a latest debian repo that I could use? _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?55229> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
