[Bug-wget] I'd like to volunteer

Hi, I'm Tim and I'm wondering if you could use some help with wget. I have
several years of C, C++, and Java experience, but I've also been away from
it for several years. I also have a basic knowledge of TCP/IP. I want to
help out and refresh my coding skills at the same time.

I'm new to this so not exactly sure how to proceed. Please let me know if
you have something I can work on and how to best communicate with the group.
