You could use 'grep -v' to explicitly filter out that specific error message
(as long as you don't hassle with stdout, like in '-O -').
Like:
wget ... 2>&1 | grep -v 'Last-modified header missing'
If you want to filter more than one message, use 'egrep', like
wget ... 2>&1 | egrep -v 'Last-modified header missing | Second unwanted
message'
