Seems a good idea. Combining two accept regex is equivalent to joining 
them with pipes, so in the above example: 
'.*mod/resource/.*|.*/mod_resource/content/.*'
(although '.*(mod/resource|/mod_resource/content)/.*' is obviously an 
equivalent regex performing better)
