   Adding "-d" to that command might provide some interesting info.
192.168.154.9 is not a server which anyone else can reach, which makes
exploration difficult.  "--dont-remove-listing" might be helpful if my
psychic powers were strong enough that I could see the listing file, but
they're not.

   If you want someone else to investigate this problem, then you may
need to provide some information about the listing, or else access to a
server which exhibits the problem.  But I'd start with a newer version
of wget.
