Sorry for bad English.
"-c" and "--content-disposition" don't work together.
"--content-disposition" - only for forum attachments etc, that don't always support
resuming at specification. Im most case please use instead "--trust-server-names" (if
it's a chain of redirections like at sourceforge.net).
