[Bug-wget] How to set proxy host?

Hi
I am trying to use wget to download files using windows command line. I am
behind a proxy server. I see the following options

-Y,  --proxy=on/off           turn proxy on or off.
     --proxy-user=USER     set USER as proxy username.
     --proxy-passwd=PASS   set PASS as proxy password.

However, there is no option to set the proxy server. Can you please suggest
any work around?
