Which link was broken?
The bazaar access info is at
https://savannah.gnu.org/bzr/?group=wget
That's on the RepositoryAccess page.
The "Wget Wgiki" has been down sporadically (only ever for a few minutes
at a time, I think), as my VPS is getting a bit overloaded. I'm waiting
on a particular event before I can migrate to a better VPS
configuration, so if that's what you encountered, I apologize.
[What happens is that Apache (and other services, such as my mail) gets
OOM-killed, and unfortunately *I* don't get logs about that, though the
VPS provider does; I also can't disable OOM-killing in the VPS kernel.
However, since the VPS itself is dirt-cheap (I pay $29/mo), I'm more
interested in upgrading my VPS to reduce the odds of OOM-killing, than
in finding a provider that will avoid or at least give me the tools to
diagnose these problems.
If you respond to this portion of the mail, please change the subject line.]
