Some recent change in the development version has brought back an old
"feature":
The output-document (-O) file gets the timestamp of the remote file.
GNU Wget 1.12.1-devel (013c8e2f5997) built on linux-gnu.
+digest +https +ipv6 +iri +large-file +md5/openssl +nls +ntlm +opie
+ssl/openssl
non-default options which might be involved in this case:
timestamping = on
contentdisposition = yes
