[Bug-wget] using proxy password stored outside .wgetrc

I dont want to save my  proxy password in .wgetrc. What is the environment
setting i should make?
Also i dont want to mention it everytime in the command line.
I want my password to be saved in a seperate file or some environment
setting but it has to be secure. Other tools requiring internet also has to
use the proxy passwords. I must be able to change the password in a single
place if i have to change it.
