Hi all,
I am new to Wget and made a number of mistakes sending messages to the
wrong lists. Micah Cowan has invested his time to teach me about how to
proceed. Thanks Micah!
Working with Wget options to be included in wgetrc, I've not found how
to use *auth-no-challenge*. It works fine when used in the command line
passed by like --auth-no-challenge. like here...
wget --http-user=DummyDummy --http-password=dummy --auth-no-challenge
http://xepecnet.environmentalchange.net/xwiki/bin/view/ICT/RGraphicSample02?xpage=plain
But it must be passed as "auth-no-challenge = 1" when used in wgetrc.
Please, could it be useful to document this fact in...
http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/manual/html_node/HTTP-Options.html#HTTP-Options
Even though it is a not recommended option, it is helping me to find a
new alternative.
Thanks for your time,
Ricardo
