I've renamed the --html-extension to --adjust-extension, to reflect the
fact that it applies to more than HTML now (CSS too). The previous name
is still accepted, but now deprecated (similarly for the wgetrc command
counterpart). -E still works too, of course.
The relevant bug is <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?20371>;
I've left it open to track the fact that we may want to cover file types
beyond just those that wget happens to be able to parse.
