You can get the most up-to-date translations from
http://translationproject.org/domain/wget.html; bug reports regarding
translations should also go to the appropriate localization team from
the Translation Project; they handle everything related to those.

The most up-to-date version of the French translations, at
http://translationproject.org/PO-files/fr/wget-1.11.3.fr.po, include
fixes for the errors you identified. You can download all the very
latest translations for wget-1.11.4 (ignore the version number
discrepancy: they're for 1.11.4) from
http://translationproject.org/latest/wget/
