[Bug-wget] gzip, ftp

I think the following features in wget would be useful.

Handling of gzip-compressed contents:
to report its possibility in 'Accept-Encoding' as an option,
and to detect it (maybe as an option too?) by 'Content-Encoding'.
Of course, actual decompression could do gzip, not wget itself.

FTP handling:
to output FTP listing 'as-is', as it's got, 'raw',
in addition to HTML format.
