[Bug-wget] wget ftp-ls.c for decoding DOS DIR format feature

Hi,

 

We used an old INET SPECTRA machine `FTP server (XINU 3.8 (SEA Spectra 4.4-0.0))’ and the listing format looks like based on DOS:
