Hi,
I'm using the paste command to make a .dat file aggregating multiple text
files made using func2roi. Everything looks good in the .dat file (read in
excel), except that the numbers from the first row are pasted into
multiple rows above the rest of the data.
Here is an example of the command used:
paste
/space/meso/17/users/ablood/music_dystonia/010913JL/bold/tap_sil_6p6csm5/M6_lh_s6_0thresh/fmcsm5-all.txt
/space/meso/17/users/ablood/music_dystonia/blankrow.txt
/space/meso/17/users/ablood/music_dystonia/blankrow.txt
/space/meso/17/users/ablood/music_dystonia/021017SW/bold/tap_sil_6p6csm5/M6_lh_s6_0thresh/fmcsm5-all.txt
/space/meso/17/users/ablood/music_dystonia/blankrow.txt
/space/meso/17/users/ablood/music_dystonia/blankrow.txt
/space/meso/17/users/ablood/music_dystonia/021029JC/bold/tap_sil_6p6csm5/M6_lh_s6_0thresh/fmcsm5-all.txt
... > cort_timec_tap_lh_pats.dat
(The blankrow files hold spaces where I'll be pasting in percent signal
change, etc., and there are many more files than I listed above--this is
just an example).
The outcome can be seen in
/space/meso/17/users/ablood/music_dystonia/cort_timec_tap_lh_pats.dat
Any idea why this is happening?
Thanks,
Anne Blood
