Polish mans for cut(1)

Well, the sentence in Polish man is a bit weird.
It says: "Doesn't split multibyte characters (currently not working)"
What suggests that it's a bug in cut utility.

I suggest changing it to:
       -n    (ignorowane)

What is direct translation of English man.
