Fun things to do in the Ft. Collins/Loveland area

I'm Barry.  I got the idea to set up a list that would receive emails about fun things to do in the Ft. Collins/Loveland, Colorado area. 

 

To get off of this list, type “remove” in the subject line.  You are getting this it is because your email address is associated with a zip code in the Masonville, Laporte, Bellvue, Larimer County, and Johnstown areas.  I know, I know, some of you live in Michigan, Tennessee, or Bora Bora.  Well, if you ever come visit Colorado, you’ll know all the fun stuff to do in the Ft. Collins area.  Won’t that be great?  Actually, if you live in some far away place, you’re getting this because a random number that matches a Ft. Collins/Loveland zip code was associated with your email address; the program I used couldn’t tell the number wasn’t a zip code.  If you would like off for any reason whatsoever, including the fact that you are already to entertained, please reply to this email and I will make every effort to see to it that you are removed from this list.  If you know someone in the Ft. Collins area that might be interested, forward this to them.  Maybe they’d like to know about more fun stuff to do.

Examples of what the members of this list might receive notification of include:  rafting; plays; concerts; festivals; cycling trips; rock climbing expeditions; bungee jumping; sky diving; Easter egg hunts; singles outings; and whatever other fun stuff the members of the list and the founder of it (that's me) can come up with fun to do.  Sometimes you'll be notified of drink specials at bars and may even receive coupons from restaurants in your email.  To participate in this you need do nothing.  You're on the list and will be on there until you want off.  If you know of something fun to do, email me and let me know.  Whether it goes out to the list will be at my discretion; but, since I'm the founder, you can't get mad at me if I don't want to send your idea out.

Monday:  Pizza Hut  2567 S. Shields 224-2225  7-10 p.m. 

This is a non-smoking environment.  They sell beer on tap.  This is located near the Pulse Club or West of Pitchers near Drake and Shields.  Of course, they do sell pizza, so, bring your friends, coworkers, or family and have some pizza and a lot of fun.

 

Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday:  Abuelo’s Cantina 1113 W. Drake 206-4898  8-1:30 T & W; 9-2 Fri.

            There is a non-smoking section here as well as a full-blown bar.  Come in and try out their food and then stick around for some fun.

 

The song selection at both of these locations is huge; most likely the largest in Northern Colorado boasting many hip-hop/rap songs and lots of hits from the last few years of the rock, pop, and country styles.  Bring your friends because there are four microphones.  Since you probably got this at work, it might be fun to get some co-workers together and come on out to one of these places.  One of them is bound to try and sing and it’ll give you something to laugh about.
