Cygwin B19, B20, and B20.1 are not supported any longer.  Please visit
http://www.cygwin.com, and click on the "Install now" link to install the
latest (1.3.3 as of this writing) version of Cygwin.  Please direct Cygwin
related questions to a Cygwin specific mailing list (details available at
the Cygwin web site).
