The problem is

in file `parsetexi/debug.h`: `DEBUG_H` is already defined in
`/usr/lib/perl5/5.26.1/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/CORE/perl.h` (looking
into `perl.h` from version 5.36.1 I see this has been fixed
meanwhile).

If I apply
