Thanks for your response.  I think the easiest way would be if you clone
the AUCTeX repository and do

    git clone git://git.savannah.gnu.org/auctex.git
    cd auctex
    ./autogen.sh
    cd doc
    pdftex auctex.texi

If not feasible, let me know and I will send you the files off-list.
