Hi Karl, hi all,

it seems that building wiht 
        --with-external-Text-Unidecode=yes  --with-external-libintl-perl=yes
does not really have an effect, at least the files are still installed
into share/texinfo/lib/....

Checking the Makefiles in tp/Makefile(.in) I see that there is no
evaluation of the USE_EXTERNAL* vars in the target
        install-data-local:
