There should be no reason to use those commands in node names.  Node
names do not get printed in the printed copy of the manual, so any
markup commands are useless in them.

The usual context where these commands are inserted into @node lines
is when the author uses Texinfo macros (another Texinfo feature Karl
dislikes ;-), and the macro is used both in @node's and elsewhere in
the text, where markup does matter.
