there are some
$Id$ strings in an example (and in index).
What version are you looking at? I thought I had fixed this in 4.4 (I
just removed the final $.) There are still a couple of expanded $Id$'s
in the text (not any in the index any more), but they are intentional.
Let me know if any still seem problematic.
