glibc's encoding names appear to be using an underscore where the printed
representation (in the ISO-IR PDF files) use a space. For example,
025.pdf mentions
      the French standard NF Z 62-010 (1973)
and in glibc it is called
      NF_Z_62-010_1973

Why is there usually no underscore in ISO646-XX compared to ISO_8859-N ?
I don't know.
