I don't know what's holding up the bug-standards fixes. I'll CC: this to 
rms, to see whether he is aware that only some of the patches were 
applied. I am attaching a diff file containing the remaining URLs that 
should be updated in gnustandards.

PS. Oops, sorry, please ignore my previous message, where I wrote "lack 
of time on my part". I thought you were talking about the similar patch 
I proposed for Glibc.
