I'm not entirely sure what you're saying.  Are there programs now that
support an option --copying?  If so, please let me know what they are,
and I will update the table.

Or are you suggesting that we have a new standard option --copying?  It
seems a few programs already have --copyright, as you presumably saw.  I
don't think we'd want to extend that to be mandatory for all programs.

Also, FYI, man pages are secondary for the GNU project (as discussed in
the Man Pages node of the standards manual).  So it wouldn't be right to
just specify running "man 7 gpl".
